The National Resources Investment and Development Corporation MAWARED, has been launched in 2000 to support the government's investment in the field of urban development, acting as the master developer of the sites of the camps and directorates of the Jordanian Armed Forces, whereby the ownership of a number of these important sites has been transferred to the Corporation. MAWARED focuses on investment and development to local and regional investors who want to be part of Jordan’s growth story. MAWARED has succeeded in developing high-value projects in support of the growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, which gave the opportunity to expand our investments in the wake of many fields in the real estate sector.
