We are a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit domestic rabbit rescue located in Kennesaw, Georgia. Each rabbit in our rescue is microchipped, spayed/neutered, and current on annual RHDV-2 vaccination before we find them a loving home. At any given time, we have between 120-150+ rabbits available for adoption. We also offer grooming and boarding for rabbits AND guinea pigs. We sell healthy food, safe treats, amazing hay, and rabbit specific toys. We have a foster and adoption program to ensure our rabbits are going to knowledgeable homes. We always need volunteers, so please check out our website for more info. Established in 1996. In 1996, a small group of dedicated people realized that with the rise in popularity of having rabbits as pets, there was also a rise in their abandonment and neglect. Since our formation in 1996, we have rescued over 5000 domesticated rabbits in need. In 2010, we opened our original Rabbit Shelter in Marietta, Georgia. In September 2020, we moved to a much larger 6,500 sqft location near downtown Kennesaw, Georgia. Our rescue is the largest rabbit specific shelter in the Eastern United States and there are only a few like it in the country. Our stand alone 2-story facility serves multiple purposes. In addition to providing housing for our rescued rabbits, the shelter also serves as a learning center, a boarding facility, and a source for quality rabbit supplies.
