We know the best cheese comes from the heartland, which is why we use the finest ingredients and carefully inspect our products to ensure they’re satisfying and delicious. Through our Midwest Farms Forever initiative, we proudly work with regional dairy producers and farmer-owned cooperatives to source 99% of the dairy that goes into our products. We also support organizations that educate future agricultural leaders and support current producers in our region, helping to ensure the long-term viability of dairy farming in the heartland. As more and more Midwest dairy farms are disappearing each year, we’re working to make sure they continue to thrive for generations to come. We’re based in Edina, Minnesota with our processing plant located in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Farm and family are at the heart of everything we do.
