What is programmatic marketing?
Programmatic marketing brings together a network of publishers and advertisers.
Through the use of programmatic technology, advertisers gain the ability to target a predetermined audience. By running campaigns via programmatic marketing, this provides an advertiser the ability to select and target specific audiences for banner and remarketing campaigns in order to increase conversion rates whilst reducing overall marketing costs.
Publishers are critical to any programmatic marketing platform and can integrate to MADS in either or both manners; i) supplying the network with live, anonymous traffic data or ii) providing advertising space for MADS targeted banner advertisements to operate.
By supplying traffic data to the network, publishers begin generating revenue immediately. Data is fed live from the publishers website to our Data Management Platform (DMP), sorted before entering our algorithm to be made available for advertisers to purchase based on their requirements through an RTB auction. Publishers can also provide their ad space to the network allowing for the generation of ad revenue at a predetermined rate, whilst also increasing the user satisfaction through the implementation of a user-targeted advertising model.
As of 2019, Programmatic Marketing is the most popular form of digital marketing in North America and last year 79% of the digital ad spend in the UK was spent on Programmatic Technologies.
