Our charter is to not be the biggest, but to be the best - serving those Clients who share similar philosophies on how a project should be developed and executed, utilizing a “team approach”.
Over the years we have become extremely adept at conceptual budgeting and scheduling, which allows our Clients to quickly evaluate a project and develop a pro-forma before large amounts of time and money are spent in design and lease commitments are made, only to find the project or concept is not financially viable as contemplated. Should the viability be questionable, we then work with the Owner and Architect in reducing costs as the design is developed, and in monitoring the design to ensure it ultimately conforms with the aesthetic concerns and the budgetary restraints set forth by the Owner. This process has proven to be quite successful and beneficial to our Clients - in some instances even causing them to significantly alter a design concept or reject a location so as to meet their financial objectives.
