A cutting-edge training programme for officials, officers and NCOs, providing an immersive, hands-on experience in innovation and technology. Developed by PUBLIC for the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force. Core to the 12-week programme is a placement in a fast-growing startup, which will be complemented by taught course material, mentoring and workshops to provide a theoretical and practical grounding in innovation. The Fellowship is a programme run by PUBLIC on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence.
