The mission of The Giving Table is to connect food and philanthropy in an approachable way by serving as a resource that encourages conscious eating, educates the public about key issues affecting the food industry and promotes change in our own kitchens, communities and around the world.
Wendell Berry said "to care about food but not the food industry is clearly absurd." More than ever, consumers are becoming part of the solution to our broken food system by recognizing that their choices make a difference. The Giving Table makes it easy to be part of the movement and stay informed about all things food including hunger, sustainable farming, healthy eating and policy.
