The Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre (OCTC) is a leader in providing specialized care for children and youth with multiple physical, developmental and associated behavioural needs. Each year, the OCTC services over 4,000 children and youth in the Ottawa, Eastern Ontario and Northern Lanark (Cornwall to Renfrew) region.
The OCTC Foundation raises funds to support the OCTC’s work. These funds are used mainly to expand client services and programs, facilitate equipment purchases and encourage research into new treatment and therapy practices.
It is very important that children and youth with special needs are given opportunities to maximize their potential while they are young because there are few services to help them once they enter the adult world. We also provide their families with the training they need to help themselves and their children through some of the most challenging times of their lives.
