American West Realty and Management was founded in 1994 to provide property management services in Park County, Wyoming. Nathan and Angie Gesner purchased the company in 2010 and have tripled the number of properties managed and continue to grow. Property Management is the meat-and-potatoes of our business with around 350 units under management for about 120 owners.
