Alpengirl is an overnight summer adventure camp for pre-teen and teen girls. We offer a balanced mix of outdoor adventure, organic fitness and genuine friendship that allows each individual camper to blossom. Age & Experience: Adventurous girls ages 11-16 of all experience levels are welcome, no previous adventure camp experience needed. Duration & Location: 1 or 2 week overnight adventure camp sessions are offered in Washington, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming. Adventure Activities: Multi-adventure sessions include backpacking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, sea kayaking, rock climbing, canoeing, surfing and more! Camp Lifestyle: Outdoor tent camping, daily yoga practice, self esteem development, friendship building, leadership opportunities, plus a deliciously healthy camp food menu are included during every camp session. No cabins or dining halls here, just the great outdoors! Small Groups: Our small, family-like groups are limited to 12 campers led by 2-3 female Alpenguides, creating a highly supervised 1:4 or 1:6 camper to staff ratio.
