AccessCNY was created in 2015 with the merger of Enable and Transitional Living Services. AccessCNY offers person-centered services for people of all ages and abilities. AccessCNY provides individualized clinical, vocational, educational, habilitative, residential, family and personal support services for children, teens and adults in Central New York with developmental and/or physical disabilities. AccessCNY also offers vocational, residential and personal support services for individuals with mental health issues.
