Gruene Real Estate Partners was founded by Ken Kristofek in the summer of 2013. Gruene Real Estate Partners was formed to develop class A, institutional quality, office, industrial, apartment, and retail projects with the end goal of providing the highest level of experience for their end users. The commercial projects for which Ken Kristofek has previously been responsible, exhibit a high quality of design, materials, and finish that improve their surroundings.
