Transmography – Writing for Change, is a free-lance communications enterprise committed to the creation, development, production, publication and dissemination of written works, multi-media materials and presentations that stimulate, initiate and facilitate positive change in the growth of individuals, corporations, organizations, and communities.
Ken Fox, principal, has worked in the Washington, DC corporate and non-profit communities in a broad range of creative, managerial and executive roles. He has served a variety of industries and professions, including recycling, education, learning disabilities, theater, and addiction medicine.
In 2007, Ken transformed his professional experience and his passion for writing into a free-lance writing career through the creation of his enterprise, Transmography--Writing for Change. His free-lance work draws from over 30 years of experience in non-profit management, meeting and convention planning, educational program development and communications and marketing. He has written numerous video scripts for local production companies. His script for "The Shredder Story--a Revolution in Recycling" won a 2015 Bronze Telly Award.
His work also includes web content, scripting for videos, speech writing, celebrity introductions, product launches, branding, promotional materials, copy writing, presentations, email marketing campaigns, and proposal writing.
