Floadia Corporation is an energetic start up, focused on providing embedded non-volatile memory IP solutions. The engineering team came from Renesas who has been developing embedded FLASH technology for over 20 years, including the inventor of "Source Side Injection" for Split Gate FLASH, which is the fundamental technology for commonly used FLASH architecture today. We are young as a company, but a team that has been walking along with eFLASH technology as it evolved from the 1970s. We know eFLASH more than anyone else, not only how to design it but also how to manufacture it, so was able to come up with a totally new concept eFLASH technology which we believe is going to impact the industry.
