A brief biography – 2010
Ken Cromar has traveled the world as a freelance producer, director and writer for Blue Moon Productions. His production work is diverse and exciting, and has included everything from animated feature films to interactive kiosks, to documentaries films and facing down armed Kuwaiti guards.
Ken has freelanced numerous productions including:
Interactive kiosks on Temple Square for the 2002 Winter Olympics, produced material for www.Mormon.org, and created seminary videos, and directed “The Hinckley Endowment Scholarship” with President Gordon B. Hinckley. Ken has directed numerous successful TV-infomercials, including two “Little Giant Ladders” which have generated a record-breaking $300+ million. He also worked on the animated features “An American Tail” and “Land Before Time” (Spielberg & Lucas).
Ken has been accused of being a creative & conceptualizing genius. Not being one to argue, he prefers to let his work speak for itself. His numerous screenplay credits, include a “Story By” credit on “All Dogs Go To Heaven”, and co-authored the animated feature “The Princess and the Pea”, a new WW2 feature screenplay “At War With God”. Other writing credits include “Faithful Heroes”, “The Art of Teamwork”, “Zambroza!”, and “Networking a Billion Connections”.
Ken Cromar is happily married to Barbara Cromar, and the proud father of seven children -- two of which are in college. He loves to help in the community, which has included serving as an elected Cedar Hills City Councilman.
