Salus University was established in 2008 by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, which celebrates its 105th anniversary this year. A diversified, globally recognized, professional academic center of learning, Salus has merged with Drexel University, pending approval by the United States Department of Education, specialized accreditors, and additional third parties. Salus at Drexel University offers professional and graduate degree and certificate programs to nearly 1,200 students, both on-campus and around the globe, with more than 14,000 alumni worldwide.
