The ISS Management team has over 20 years experience of delivering innovative and pro-active solutions to the rail and light-rail industry. They are focused on providing a responsive, reliable, high quality service and have a real understanding of the delivery and performance issues facing our clients who include Network Rail, the four IMT Contractors and a wide range of other rail specific organisations. We have built a reputation for consistently meeting our clients' requirements in the delivery of skilled, experienced, flexible and reliable track and trade teams. Our workforce is in excess of 600 staff comprising track, trades, planning, surveying and engineering staff. Our delivery capability is further supported by an in-house team of safety, quality and environmental specialists.
