The Fire District consists of a Five (5) member District Board of Directors, Six (6) Full-time staff members, and approximately 100 professional firefighters. The Fire District covers 9.5 square miles from two-strategically located Fire Stations and is responsible for providing Fire Protection Services to the following municipalities: City of Wheat Ridge, City of Lakewood, Town of Mountain View, Town of Lakeside, and Crown Hill Cemetery and Park located in unincorporated Jefferson County.
