Goodholm Finance offers a novel second charge mortgage product for first time buyers in the residential housing market. It's now in the launch phase and its novel approach has elicited strong interest from the city. In late March Goodholm acquired Gemini Consultants - a fully regulated mortgage service supplier - to facilitate the launch of the product and is now in negotiation with various partners to make this product available to the public by the fourth quarter of 2017.
