"We help disadvantaged people, in particular those with health problems who require a personalised approach to removing the constraints and enabling the move into sustained employment" We offer bespoke packages for individuals in the North East area through our Links to Work contract and this is offered to those who have been on Work Program and have struggled to find employment over previous years. We tailor a package to their needs and well-being as no two people are the same which means that their journeys are unique.
