We’re empowering South African women with evidence-based education, solutions, and a dash of wisdom to transition menopause positively. There are 10 million women transitioning menopause in South Africa. Menopause is a universal female experience, yet it remains shrouded in silence, secrecy, and stigma - at work, at home and in society. Daliah started out with a powerful goal to learn what South African women transitioning menopause wanted, needed, and were experiencing. 1400 women told us they were suffering silently, struggling at home and work - unable to find practical solutions and support.
