Actulux is owned by the German Fortmeier family and headquatered in Hadsund – Denmark, where all functions (Product Development, Purchase, Production, Logistics and Sales/Marketing) are located. From November 2022 Actulux will move to a new headquater i Støvring south for Aalborg in North Jutland - Denmark.
