DayOut Adult Day Health Care Center provides preventative medical, social and therapeutic services to adults living with disabilities. We also offer personal care, activities, hot meals and transportation between your come and our Center. Our mission is help our participants maintain independence while living in their own home or community. Services are designed to support community living while providing respite to family and caregivers. Managed Care, Medi-Cal, VA choice and other insurance accepted.
