As a standard process the following checks and procedures are always undertaken before a new candidate is available for supply work. By doing this Educated Recruitment will always ensure that any teacher we supply is working in a totally compliant manner.
• Enhanced DBS/CRB Disclosures verified and produced.
• Face-to-face interview by an experienced teaching consultant.
• Identity & Health checks made.
• A minimum of two references gained from the most recent and relevant school placements.
• Eligibility to work within the United Kingdom.
• If a teacher from overseas is working through us we will always undertake an International Police Check.
