Mount Clemens Public Library is a medium-sized public library in suburban Detroit, Michigan. It is the oldest public library in Michigan, having been founded in 1865. In addition to books and periodicals, MCPL offers audiovisual collections, subscription research databases, an online media download collection, an online historical photo and document archive, public meeting rooms, and a wide variety of programs for persons of all ages.
