The Office of the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO) is the independent accountability mechanism for IFC & MIGA, members of the World Bank Group. We work to: - Facilitate the resolution of complaints related to IFC and MIGA projects. - Enhance environmental and social project outcomes. - Foster public accountability and learning to enhance the environmental and social performance of IFC and MIGA, and reduce the risk of harm to people and the environment.
