Established in 1995 and founded on extensive experience in landscape, architectural and retail sectors, Pleydell Smithyman Limited has developed into a thriving multi-disciplinary practice and business consultancy. We are involved in a range of projects throughout the United Kingdom, spanning across all sectors, including retail, commercial, minerals, planning and local government. Based in the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge and overlooking the River Severn in Shropshire, Pleydell Smithyman Limited continues to grow and diversify and currently employs 24 people across a range of disciplines. Working on planning projects across all sectors, including retail, commercial, minerals and planning, we also see projects through from inception to work on site, and our experienced team are involved in a diverse range of projects including planning applications, negotiations and strategies, site master planning, ecological surveys, urban design, architectural design and project management.
