East Hampton UFSD provides education at the elementary, middle, and high school level. They have all students' physical reports in the nurse's office. The students playing a school sport have a current sports physical on file in the nurse’s office, and additional paperwork for playing sports. They provide medication at school. They also provide music coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students.
