The Cadet Instructor's Cadre (CIC) is a group of commissioned Canadian Forces Reserve Officers who are committed to the development of our great country's youth aged 12 to 18 years. We are trained specifically to teach, lead and guide youth and to help develop them into productive citizens and leaders of their communities and the nation.
