Embrace Care provides care and support to children and young people with mental health and emotional behavioural difficulties who have experienced trauma. Embrace Care, as well as offering specialist residential services (Ofsted), is soon to offer 16-25 CQC supported living for young people with learning disabilities and autism. Embrace Care also offers an alternative community education programme with a focus on Trauma Informed Care and development opportunities, that builds confidence, increases resilience, develops individual skills.

Embrace Care's Therapeutic Model is holistic and delivered through evidence-based theory PACE, PERMA, PBS, with a fully trauma informed approach to empowering children and young people to be the best versions of themselves. With a team of experts including PBS Coaches, Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, Registered Nurse, Embrace Care strives to develop quality and meaningful relationships making a real difference in children and young people’s journeys.
