Kate Winter Evaluation provides evaluation design and services for programs in higher education, especially those related to diversity in academic STEM.
Dr. Kate Winter is an independent consultant on research design and evaluation and a life and wellness coach. She is Senior Associate Faculty in Creighton University's Doctoral Program in Leadership, where she teaches research design and methods courses. As a life and wellness coach, she helps people identify personal and professional goals, the paths toward attaining them, and how to assess, modify, and continue efforts until those goals are reached.
Dr. Winter is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA), the European Evaluation Society (EES), genderSTE (the targeted networking group of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology), the American Educational Research Association (AERA), and the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE).
