Marcus Autism Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of children with autism and related disorders, treating approximately 5,000 children a year and impacting over 10,000 children outside our walls. Marcus Autism Center offers services and conducts cutting-edge research thanks to generous philanthropic support and funding from local and state governments. The Marcus Autism Center staff of highly trained pediatric professionals is supported by research grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other organizations, and is proud to be one of three NIH Autism Centers of Excellence. The Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and partners with the Emory University School of Medicine.
