Refugee Advice & Casework Service (RACS) is a nonprofit providing essential legal support and advocacy to help people who have fled persecution find certainty and protection in Australia. It is the only dedicated organisation in NSW providing specialist legal support at no cost to people seeking asylum. People seeking protection in Australia hope for a safe and peaceful future. The legal assistance RACS provides is a crucial first step in the journey to a safe home for them and their families. We are a not-for-profit organisation and rely on donations and volunteers to undertake our work. RACS is proudly supported by the University of New South Wales.
