For over a decade, we have provided master planning, programming and feasibility studies, comprehensive design services, and construction administration for public and private entities, institutions, corporations and developers. Our Projects have had construction costs ranging from one hundred thousand to fifteen million dollars. We have extensive permitting experience through Chapter 30, 40B and 149 processes. Through this evaluation, we arrive at designs that will meet our client's financial, scheduling, sustainable and programmatic needs. In response to these constraints, we work within levels of simplicity that produce unique statements of creative selection, organization and articulation. Our approach to using standard parts, materials and connections in unique arrangements is a philosophy that allows us to create “custom” designs within a practical and cost-effective model.
