Rachel Durkan founded Paradigm in 2009 as a website design/development shop for local small-to-medium business. Shortly after opening the doors, however, she recognized that many of her clients needed more comprehensive marketing help well beyond the URL.
With a diverse background in many marketing disciplines, Rachel knew she could help these companies, but she couldn’t do it as effectively on her own. So she began recruiting like-minded marketing and design gurus to create a team of professionals that could expertly address each component of a strategic marketing plan.
Today, Paradigm provides a range of marketing and design services to business-to-business, business-to-consumer and non-profit organizations — from start-ups to large, multi-faceted companies with revenues in excess of $50 million.
