GDC Construction, Inc. was established in 1999 by George Dewhurst. In 2001, Pancho Dewhurst joined his father and upon George's retirement in 2009, took over the company as president and sole owner. The fourth generation of Dewhurst builders, Pancho has grown the company exponentially. GDC Construction's whose offices are located in La Jolla, CA has a full supervisory and field staff of 35 employees. GDC Construction has distinguished itself by being the builder of some of the finest homes in the La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, and the greater San Diego area. Full builds, remodels and historic renovations are completed in a varied range of styles and materials. Projects range from $100,000 to 6MM for a range of project scopes.
