We're an organic, gravity winery based in the fotthills of the Tramuntana mountains. On an area of around 60ha we plant a mix of autochtonous and international grapes. The limestone soils of the island give a certain note of minerality and finesse to our grapes. The winery is built in an old quarry on four floors deep to use the natural cooling system of the rock. The whole process of vinification is happeing without any pumps (gravity)
