Founded in Berlin in 2015 by friends passionate about food, health, and sport, Mindfuel represents a community of people that are conscious of what they eat. These individuals see nature as a retreat and natural source of energy to fuel their bodies and minds. At Mindfuel our approach is simple, we believe that different diets work for different individuals, and what is most important is following a holistic approach to health. Maintaining a healthy life style has become more complicated due to stress and environmental toxins we are exposed to, and to the low quality of food that is available.
