We are the REEL FRIENDS. Milena Gronau – Kozyra and Karola Kowalczyk have spent over a decade at the biggest commercial production company in Poland. Over the course of time they have helped build much of the departments, from Facility team to Production and finally, to the Roster. Having competences from practically every department associated with the production process their in depth understanding of what needs to happen, of what puzzle pieces need to come together is invaluable. Their love for the art of filmmaking, for the people, for the industry transpires through the relationships they have built and the successes they have brought to the table.
