Founded by CEO Jean-Marcel Rouff, we initially focused on exclusive distributorship of duty free products from leading suppliers to airlines in North and South America, and Asia. The company further expanded into the duty free concession business, adding Pan American World Airlines as its first customer in 1986. At that time, ISG was the only airline duty free concessionaire in the world.
Today, building upon 30 years of experience, ISG is proud to be the leading concessionaire in the airline duty free business, serving 30 airlines worldwide (+2 more coming soon in 2016!) with offices and warehouses on 4 continents and a 150+ employees.
