World-Class Training for All
MJP provides in-season and off-season training programs, bio-mechanical analysis, nutrition assessments, remote coaching, physical therapy and injury prevention programs for youth, college and professional athletes and teams. Our group performance training programs for youth athletes, ages 9 to 18, provide improved speed, agility, strength and stamina. In addition, Michael Johnson Performance provides specialized programs for college and professional athletes locally and worldwide and serves as the official training partner of the Dallas Stars (NHL), Dallas Cowboys (NFL) and FC Dallas (MLS).
