We are a team of dedicated, specialist lawyers and support staff working solely on Court of Protection cases relating to the property and affairs of clients who lack mental capacity. We represent clients who lack capacity due to serious brain injury, mental health issues and dementia, often in partnership with their families to deliver services tailored to their specific needs. We provide Deputyship Services, create and manage Personal Injury Trusts and offer expert evidence to litigators involved in personal injury compensation claims. We work closely with case managers, care and support providers, investment managers, lawyers, the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian. Working as part of our clients’ team, we deliver seamless co-ordination between all parties to provide a complete support network for people whose lives have been affected by mental capacity issues.
