At SHAG / Independent Living Inc., we think being unique is a great thing. For over 25 years we have stood out as the largest non-profit provider of affordable senior housing in the Northwest. It's not just because of our size that makes us great, but because of our philosophy in believing that a home is much more than a place to stay - it's a place to live! We have 17 properties entirely devoted to housing seniors and have several others in development. SHAG provides housing to over 4,100 seniors and is dedicated to promoting an active, engaged, and fulfilled life within our communities.
