We’re the student society of UBC Vancouver, representing over 56,000 students. What does that mean? It means that we’ve got your back. It means we’ll stand up for you. It means we’re here to help you make the most out of your time at UBC. As a student-led organization we know how awesome it is to study at UBC. But we also know what it’s like to struggle with student debt, face a long daily commute, get stressed over exams, and all the other things that come with being a student. Whatever issue you might be facing – big or small – your AMS can help. There are lots of ways to engage with us. Meet new friends in one of our 350+ clubs, gain valuable work experience at an AMS food outlet, help us advocate for better a student experience, contribute to AMS sustainability goals, or if you’re dealing with an issue visit one of the AMS Services.
