Our mission at EMBARK is to support your self-development and personal growth in partnership with horses. As facilitators we partner with horses to develop unique opportunities that are fun, challenging and that support self discovery. Our herd of horses are gentle, patient and kind. They are 100% honest 100% of the time, which provides participants powerful feedback that may facilitate change, learning and growth. We personalize experiences to help individuals and groups achieve their goals. Our team consists of Kara Seibert, a licensed clinical social worker, Michelle Ruff, a certified EAGALA equine specialist and equine guided education professional, and our amazing herd of horses. Together we create a safe space for self-improvement. We offer groups, workshops, and individual experiences.
