ELITSA KOSTOVA - founder: I am a transformational coach, humanitarian and educator. My mission is to help individuals thrive by designing a career they love, discovering and developing their personal genius and organizations create an environment for personal growth, satisfaction and productivity. I have seen that happy individuals are good examples for their children and ready to serve above themselves. My ambition is to create a program which supports employees to transform personal challenges, improve mindset, skills and attitudes. My practice as primal therapist, meditation leader and Eastern philosophy scholar has greatly helped me to balance work with the mind, emotions and body as a symphony for persona, professional development and thriving. I have a foundation - Edu Compass, part of Voca Academy - which is a sustainable entity serving students with career guidance and developing transferable career skills. With Edu Compass I also support teachers in engaging students and helping them learn to think and make choices. I am a certified coach with 8 years of practice, master in Educational Leadership and Management in the University of London, doing an MBA in HR which will lead to a PhD to explore further the methodology of Voca Academy.
