Owned and founded by Master Distiller William Lowe, together with wife and business partner, Lucy, The Cambridge Distillery has been named as the world’s most innovative distillery an unprecedented three consecutive times.
Having grown organically from the UK’s smallest distillery into the largest dedicated vacuum gin distillery in the world, (located in Grantchester, Cambridge) every step in our production process is carefully undertaken by hand with painstaking attention to detail.
In recognition of our pursuit of excellence, Selfridges referred to The Cambridge Distillery as “the pinnacle of the 21st century gin renaissance”.
Using fresh botanicals, many of which are locally grown and foraged, individually distilled under vacuum, we achieve elegance and expression out of reach of traditional distillation methods.
