Rangefinder (Rf) is the award-winning monthly magazine for wedding and portrait photographers, and the official publication of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). We strive to present the most creative, inspiring and innovative work, trends and gear for an international readership of professional photographers. We have the pleasure of hosting Rangefinder's 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography competition every year. Photographers who've been in business full time for 5 years or less are nominated by us and other industry tastemakers, and a final 30 photographers are designated, their work to appear in the November 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography Issue. The Rising Stars are chosen for their exceeding talent, as well as their spark for directing the industry to new, exciting heights. Rangefinder magazine—which offers a FREE subscription to the monthly print and digital editions—is under the PHOTO+ umbrella, owned by Emerald Expositions and also home to reputable photography media including Photo District News, PDNedu, Shutterlove and The PhotoPlus International Conference + Expo.
