ODS is a multi-faceted company providing services from construction, highways and engineering, to waste management, fleet and motor transport services. ODS is like a social enterprise, wholly-owned by Oxford City Council. We serve the community’s needs by providing services on behalf of the Council to over 160,000 residents while also supplying services to organisations and businesses in the Oxfordshire area and beyond.
