We help our clients create these ecosystems by leveraging the knowledge of lived and learned experts, designing participatory and inclusive processes, and identifying measurable and just goals. Our team works collaboratively across disciplines, providing facilitation, strategic planning, executive coaching, network and systems design, organizational capacity building, policy research, data analysis, public affairs, and evaluation design to help clients develop teams, organizations, and networks that are resilient, equitable, and effective. Our current and past clients include entities committed to community development, economic development, environmental justice, gender equity, civil rights, public health, housing affordability, sustainable food systems, school gardening, and education, among others. We provide these services in both English and Spanish, throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
