Founded with the purpose of creating a more just and equitable world, Viabosque builds ecosystems for sustainable performance. We work alongside communities, coalitions, and organizations to create ecosystems where individuals and teams use tools, frameworks, and strategies to create agency among all stakeholders and to deliver meaningful results for key constituencies. These spaces require collaboration, accountability, and flexibility. We help our clients create these ecosystems by leveraging the knowledge of lived and learned experts, designing participatory and inclusive processes, and identifying measurable and just goals.
Throughout our work, we commit to equity, honoring the wisdom of directly impacted people, and centering participants’ needs so all participants can lead, learn, and grow.
Our team works collaboratively across disciplines, providing facilitation, strategic planning, executive coaching, network and systems design, organizational capacity building, policy research, data analysis, public affairs, and evaluation design to help clients develop teams, organizations, and networks that are resilient, equitable, and effective.
Our current and past clients include entities committed to community development, economic development, environmental justice, gender equity, civil rights, public health, housing affordability, sustainable food systems, school gardening, and education, among others. We provide these services in both English and Spanish, throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
